FOXMAIL received an error: The capacity of each mail box should not exceed 2G

                  Symptom: When the FOXMAIL mailbox accepts the email, the error is reported: The capacity of each mail box should not exceed 2G, please backup and delete the documents in the x:\\Program Files \\Fox\\mail\\[email protected]\\in .box, otherwise the mail box will be too full to receive any meassage The reason for this error is because Foxmail's mail storage capacity exceeds 2G, causing the mail to continue to download.
Solution: 1, first open the foxmail mailbox, Sort by file size to find out which message takes up the most space and delete (unused files). 2, right click on the [Inbox], select [Properties], in the open mail folder window, click to unzip, release the deleted mail space, then click again to receive the mail, return to normal.
