Close IE accelerator method in Win7

The IE Accelerator is a feature provided in Internet Explorer that helps you find information on the Web more efficiently, but sometimes we don't need this feature. This article teaches you how to turn it off.

Steps/Methods

Click the “Start” menu, type gpedit.msc in the Search Programs and Files box, press Enter to open Group Policy editor

on the left side of the console tree, double-click & ldquo; computer configuration & rdquo; in the & ldquo; Administrative templates & rdquo;

followed by double-click & ldquo; Windows components & rdquo; & mdash; & mdash; & ldquo; Internet Explorer & rdquo; & mdash; & mdash; & ldquo; accelerator & rdquo;

in the accelerator window, double-click & ldquo right side; closed accelerator & rdquo; entry

The pop-up window selects “already enabled”. After the setting is completed, click the “OK” button to exit the group policy editor
