Running an inappropriate add-on or malicious add-on causes Internet Explorer to close this page.

You can do the following:

Tools--> Internet Options--> Advanced--> Security---> Allow active content to be ticked on my computer.

My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings, click on the "Data Execution Prevention" tab in "Performance Options". Select "Enable DEP for all programs and services except the selected programs listed below" and find the folder where IE is located (C:\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer). Add the iexploer.exe program to it, "OK" after saving, re- Start your computer.

I tried the first two methods and I solved it. The third one is not easy to try! Don't forget to restart IE8 after setting it up!
