This is a pity. Group functions were previously available through the MSN Group plugin, but plugins must be installed on each computer and the number of groups is limited. Today, the author wants to teach you a trick, and it takes only one minute to equip your MSN with a permanent group. And this group supports 300 contacts, which is much more generous than the QQ group.

Create a MSN permanent group in one minute

Step 1: Log in to the website www.imqun.com/index.php
and open the “Group Easy Network” page. As long as you apply for a group account here, you can add this group account as a MSN contact to MSN, and you will join this group. As the creator of the group, that is, the administrator, you should first register an account. Click the “Register” button on the page, and then fill in the corresponding registration information as prompted to get a login account. After logging in to the system with this account, you can apply for a group account.

Step 2: After logging in to the system, click the “Create IM Group” tab on the page, and set the name, introduction, group type and other people's conditions for joining the group in the open page. Click the "Submit" button. After successfully creating the group, you will see the page shown in Figure 1.

Step Three: Now that you have a fixed group accounts, and quickly add it to MSN's contacts go. Log in to MSN, click on the menu "Contacts/Add Contacts", and add the group number obtained above as a contact (similar to [email protected]) in the "Add Contact" window that opens. This contact is your MSN. Permanent group. When you open this group for the first time (it looks like an ordinary chat window), it will prompt you to register, click on the link to complete the registration, it will officially belong to you!

Using and managing MSN groups

After creating a MSN group, we can invite friends to join this group.

Adding a contact

Group Easy.com provides the ability to send invitations to friends in batches. However, this method requires the invitee to also register for the group account, which is not convenient enough. In fact, you can send the group account to your friends in other ways, and then let your friends add the account (like [email protected]) to the MSN contact. If the administrator sets the group owner authentication, the administrator will get a prompt from the MSN when the friend joins the group, and follow the prompts to approve the other party to join. Once added, you can chat as you would with other contacts (Figure 2).

group provides a wealth of easy network management capabilities for our MSN group, these management functions need to be logged in to use after group-net. In order to prevent some inexplicable people from joining the group, you can set the conditions for joining; when the group grows bigger and you are too busy, you can add another administrator to manage this group with you; when you find someone If the group spreads the advertisement and does not change it, then kick him off. These can all be managed on Group Easy. After logging in to the system, click on the "My IM Groups" tab, then click on the created group name, and click on the corresponding link in the opened page to sort the management group (Figure 3).

Other functions

It is very convenient to use the webpage to manage the group at a glance. As a supplement to the webpage management, the chat window also provides some simple management functions. When the group friends keep sending messages affecting your normal work, you can directly send the "/pause" command to temporarily accept the message (in the chat window, type "/pause" and send it, and resume receiving the message to send the command" /resume"), you can also block the group message by clicking the "Block" button in the chat window, just like blocking messages from other contacts. If you want to break out with the group more thoroughly, just exit the group, just delete the account corresponding to the group in the MSN contact list.

Tip: After blocking the group message with the "/pause" command or the "Block" button, you can receive the message during the masking process by sending the "/resume" command or clicking the "Block" button again.

MSN group also provides several commands to perform specific functions: Send "/list" to list all users in the group, send "/who" can list the group all online users to send "/"Queue" can list all the users waiting for authentication in the group, and send "/msg username message" to send a private message to a specific user. It doesn't matter if you can't remember so many commands, send "/help" to let the system help you.
