Getting started

1. Open the settings window

You can click the small wrench on the status bar or right click on the status bar to see it. Go to the [Set Properties] option and click to open. The default settings of the input method are generally the most efficient and most suitable for most people. It is recommended that you use the default settings.

Input Style:

In order to fully take care of the usage habits of intelligent ABC users, we have specially designed two input styles:

Sogou style:

in Sogou default style, Use candidate horizontal display, input pinyin direct conversion (no spaces), enable dynamic group words, use “,. & rdquo; page turning, the number of candidates is 5. Sogou's default style is suitable for most users, even if you use other input methods for a long time to directly change the Sogou default style will feel very quick to get started. When you change to this style, the above five options will be changed at the same time. Of course, these five options can be modified separately to use the habits that suit your own feel.

Smart ABC style:

Under Smart ABC style, will use the candidates vertical display, input pinyin space conversion, Turn off dynamic group words, do not use “,. & rdquo; page turning, the number of candidates is 9. The intelligent ABC style is suitable for users who are accustomed to using smart ABCs such as multi-click space, vertical candidates, etc. When changing to this style, the above five options will be changed at the same time. Of course, these five options can be modified separately. To use the habits that suit your own feel.

Smart ABC style is our input habit specially designed for the majority of intelligent ABC users. We respect the opinions of users and hope that all users will be more comfortable and smoother to use.

Pinyin mode

Sogou support spelling, of Microsoft, Larry manner. After opening [Double spelling and using full spelling], double spelling and full spelling will coexist input. After our observation experiments, there is basically no conflict between the two, which can be used by both beginners and beginners.

3, [Key Settings] Tab

Switch between Chinese and English

Page key

The selected key can be used to turn the page. Its function is equivalent to PageUp (previous page) and PageDown (next page).
