Let Nero lay off the function of the simple burning software ONES full application

Nero is the burning software that most friends like to use, but I recently tried a burning software called ONES. I feel that the interface is not only simple, powerful, easy to use, and compatible.
One, understand the ins and outs of ONES
I wonder if you have used RecordNow, the predecessor of this software is Prassi Primo CD/DVD, which was acquired by SONIC and sold as Sony brand. The included software for the recorder is also included with some Toshiba-branded laptops. However, the so-called RecordNow MAX interface is more gorgeous, but the ease of use has declined somewhat, so many friends are still using the 4.61 version of RecordNow. The programmer who originally developed the Prassi Primo CD/DVD formed a new company, the name is still called Prassi, and the ONES was recently released by them.
At present, the latest version of ONES is 2.0. The 60-day trial version can be downloaded and installed from http://www.traxdata.fr/www/pdf/ONES_Trial_Setup.zip, but it can only be installed at C:\\Program Files during installation. Under the \\ONES Trial(E)\\ folder, the user can't customize the installation path. It is indeed a pity.
Second, the software quick start
As shown in Figure 1, you can see all the optical storage devices installed in the system, including the virtual optical drive created with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%, and can be viewed intuitively To the type, capacity and other information of the recorded disc.

1.Recording Actions: Burning tasks
The eight burning tasks that the ONET software can do are listed here. You only need to double-click the corresponding icon to enter the corresponding control. The interface, although it is an English character, is still easy to understand.
Disc Copy: CD copy, but does not support Subchannel, so you can not directly copy the encrypted disc
Audio Compilation: Burn audio CD, the source file can be WAV, MP3, WMA and other common audio formats.
Data Mastering: Burn Data Disc
Record DiscImage: Burns the image file, but only supports the *.dl format image file created by ONEN itself.
Record BIN/CUE Image: Burn image files in BIN/CUE format to disc
Record Generic Image: Burn image files of common format to disc, support *.iso, *.bin, *.udf, *.udi, *.ima and other formats.
Record VIDEO_TS: Burning video discs, we can easily make video DVDs, but we can't make SVCDs.
Erase Disc: Clearing CD-RW/DVD±RW disc data
2.Extraction & Tools:Extension tools
There are four very useful extension tools listed here, if friends are interested Try it out.
Rip Audio: Convert songs on CD to WAV or WMA format, which cannot be converted to MP3 format for copyright reasons.
Extract DiscImage: Release the data in the image file
Manage DiscImage: Image file manager, including copy, move, delete, and even directly call the Record DiscImage component to burn the image file here.
Compare Files: File comparisons allow precise comparisons by data.
Three, example show
In fact, the use of ONES is quite human, if you are the first time to contact this software, it is recommended to choose the wizard to help, select the "Wizard" command from the "Action" menu You can start the window shown in Figure 2. After selecting a task, follow the wizard's prompts. However, there are some restrictions in this case. For example, you can only burn directly and cannot complete the corresponding test beforehand. The data is verified, so it is recommended that experienced users still refuse the wizard.

Example 1: Burning Data Discs
For most of my friends, I am afraid that the most used function is "Data Mastering", as shown in Figure 3. The strange thing is The toolbar is placed below the window. There are a total of 14 tool buttons, arranged from left to right. The function is as follows:

Open: Open pre-stored disc layout file *.pth
Save: Save the layout of the layout as a *.pth file
Add Files/Folders: Add files or folders on the hard disk, of course, you can drag directly from the Explorer.
Remove: Remove the selected file or folder from the layout
Reparent: Click this button to update the location of a file or folder in the layout, or rename it. Please select it before operation. A file or folder in a typography.
Re-adjust Volume Name: Adjust the disc volume to the default time
Move to Beginning: Move the file or folder where the cursor is located to the top
Move Up: The file where the cursor is located or Move a folder up
Move Down: Move the file or folder where the cursor is located to one place
Move to End: Move the file or folder where the cursor is located to the bottom
Refresh: Refresh Show
Tile Explorer Horizontally: Open Explorer and arrange it up and down
Tile Explorer Vertically: Open Explorer and arrange it with left and right
Untile: Become available after clicking one of the two buttons on the left The role of this button is to minimize the Explorer window and restore the ONES window to the state before the alignment.
We can click on the 3rd button "Add Files/Folders" on the left to add the files or folders that need to be burned, or you can drag directly from "My Computer" or "Explorer" and then See the gray bar in the figure shows the required disc capacity (of course, it needs to be placed in the burning disc), and the red characters displayed in 2 shows that the data capacity to be recorded has exceeded the standard of the disc. The capacity is called, and the "Record" button on the right side is also unavailable.
One solution is to remove some files from the list box, or to take a super-improved approach, first click on the "Details" button, then we will see the newly added part of Figure 4, in "Overburn (CD)" Select a suitable capacity in the drop-down list box. Here you can manually specify how many sectors to overwrite. This is not available in other burning software. Of course, you must first ensure that your recorder supports super-engraving.

Example 2: Creating an image file
In fact, in the 8 recording tasks of "Recording Actions", except for Record DiscImage and Erase Disc, we can complete the operation of creating an image file. . Click the button "Target DiscImage" at the 3 button to set the target path and file name of the saved image file. Then the "Write to DiscImage" button on the right will be available. Click this button to create a mirror image in *.di format. Files, unfortunately, image files in this format can only be recognized by ONES, which greatly reduces the usability.
If you put a CD-RW/DVD±RW disc, click on the “Details” button and we will find the “Erase before(RW)” option under it. After clicking, you can wipe it before burning. In addition to the original data on the disc, there are two quick (fast) and full (complete) erase modes, generally choose Quick.
