WinRAR's several wonderful practical tips

★Enter the password once and get it
When we use WinRAR to open an encrypted compressed package and execute the file inside, it will ask for the password every time a program is executed. When there are more files, it will be overwhelming. It is annoying.

In fact, just open the encrypted compressed package, click "File → Password", and enter the correct password, you can solve the problem at one time.

★ Hide the file name in the compressed package
In order to avoid brute force password cracking, it is best to include the file name in the encryption range. If you don't know what's in the archive, who will take time and effort to crack?

First, click the "Add" button on the toolbar of the WinRAR interface to create a new compressed package. Then select the "File" tab on the pop-up window, select the file to be added to the archive, then switch to the "Advanced" tab, click the "Set Password..." button, enter the password, and select "Encrypt File" Name" (as shown).

★ Quickly add zip file
WinRAR can quickly add files from one zip file to another zip file, open the zip file containing the files to be added, in "My Computer Find the zip file to add the file to. Select the file in the WinRAR window and hold down the mouse to drag it onto the zip icon of the file you want to add.
★ Unzip some special compressed files
Usually we extract the files directly by right clicking on the file and selecting the "Extract to..." option, but in some large software downloads we often encounter some special Compressed suffixes, such as aaa.001, aaa.002, etc. WinRAR is unrecognizable for such a file, and it cannot be decompressed directly by clicking the mouse.

In fact, this kind of weird format is also compressed by WinRAR. To extract this file, you must start WinRAR, then select the smallest file with aaa.001, WinRAR will automatically read all consecutive File, click "Extract to", you can start normal decompression.

★WinRAR Qiao Manager
Sometimes we have to edit some hidden files or system files, such as boot.ini. At this time, you must first select "Show all files", then select "Show system files", and finally edit. After editing, you have to change the settings back, which is very troublesome. This problem can be completely accomplished by using WinRAR.

Start WinRAR, select the directory where you want to edit the file. At this time, regardless of whether the system file is an encrypted file or a hidden file, all the files are displayed (as shown in the figure). ★ Batch processing compressed files
