How to set up the Win10 start menu?

1. First of all, I suggest you enter the settings → personalization & rarr; start, close the recent commonly used, recently added applications check, save them space.

2. Next you need to enter the folder where the start menu is located.
Press “Win+R” Enter the run window, enter and execute <;shell:Common Start menu> This command will enter the start menu folder.

3. Then enter the "Programs" folder in the Start menu. Copy the shortcut files you like or need to run the software frequently to this folder, or you can directly operate the shortcuts that already exist in it. If you need to pop up a prompt window with administrator privileges during copying or operation, click “Continue” in the dialog box.
I want these newly added shortcuts, or the shortcuts you want to prioritize to appear at the very top of the start menu, and we need to rename them to add a space before the file name. The problem is, if we manually change the name to add a space, the system will automatically delete the invalid space after modifying the system. Therefore, we need to modify it as follows.

4. For example, "Netease Cloud Music", move the cursor to the "web" before the word (that is, move to the leftmost end of the shortcut text), then press and hold the Alt key without pressing the button. 0160 (pure number) four keys, at this time the file name will be preceded by a space. This operation is easier for users with a numeric keypad (desktop and keyboard). If it is a notebook keyboard user, you may need to press the Fn button.

Now, open the start menu and see if the shortcuts for adding spaces are at the top?
It should be noted that this method is only suitable for the anniversary update of Win10. The editor was also tried on the old version of Win10, but the & project does not appear in the start menu.
