How to retrieve the lost Win10 Explorer disk drive?

In Win8.1/Win10, sometimes we will find that the CD-ROM icon in the Explorer/This computer/this computer disappears inexplicably, and the CD-ROM itself cannot be used, even though it does not have any physical damage. After entering the device manager, the optical drive was marked with an exclamation mark "!” and said that it could not be installed. After this happens, how can I retrieve the CD-ROM drive?

You can use the method of modifying the registry to solve it, but the IT home reminds you that you must back up the registry before modifying it to avoid accidental operation. The loss is difficult to recover.
The specific method is as follows:
1, after entering regedit in the Cortana taskbar, press Enter to enter the registry editor
2, navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesatapi
3, right click at atapi, create new Item (as shown below), named Controller0

4, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value on the right side, named EnumDevice1, the value data is set to 1, as shown below ——

5, restart the computer
If the above method can not solve the problem, you can further modify, the method is as follows:
1, after entering regedit in the Cortana taskbar, press Enter to enter the registry editor
2

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
3, find and remove UpperFilters and LowerFilters, as shown below ——

4, restart the computer
