How to set up quick launch

1. Open the running window with Windows logo key +R, open the registry editor, type "regedit" and press Enter to start.

2, find the specified item along the file name: HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Explorer Serialize, you may not find the last Serialize item, right click on the Explorer item, then select “New ”“item”, then name it "Serialize".

3. In the right window of the Serialize item, click the right mouse button to create a new DWORD value named StartupDelayInMSec, and then double-click the key to change it to “0”.
