Win10 can not shut down how to do

Solution for Windows 10 system can not be shut down
Steps:
Left click on the control panel (the control panel has been placed on the desktop), then click on the power option;

In the power option window that opens, left button Click: Select the function of the power button to open the system settings;

In the system settings window, we left-click: change the currently unavailable settings;

Pull down the right slider to find the shutdown Settings, left click: enable quick start to remove the tick in the small box in front, click and save to modify;

Click to start, left click: Shutdown option - Shut down, the computer can be shut down smoothly.

After setting up the shutdown, we will turn it on again. In the system settings window, left click: enable quick start, put a tick in the small box in front (do not affect the shutdown), and then click Save to modify.
