Win10 disables the system sound solution method

I believe that as long as the user is not too careless, I should have heard the Win10 system sound when using the Win10 system. In fact, this is roughly the same as the previous system sound solution. How do we disable the Win10 system sound solution?
Methods
1. Right-click on the sound icon in the notification area and select Sound.

2. Click on the drop-down list of the sound scheme and select “No sound”.

3. Click OK to complete.
A user said that after installing Win10 10041, the application sound is not normal. This problem needs to be solved by setting the playback device properties.
