Step 1, start the system configuration utility
1, use an account with administrator privileges to log in to the computer.
2, press “windows key+R”, type msconfig in "run" and press Enter. If prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password or click “Continue”.
Step 2, configure “Selective Startup"Options
1, on the “General” tab, click “Selective Startup”.
2. Under “Selective Startup”, click to clear the “Load Startup” checkbox.
3. Click the "Services" tab, click to select the "Hide all Microsoft services" checkbox, and then click “ Disable All.
4. Click the <;Start” tab, click “Open Task Manager”, then click “Disable” and confirm.
5, then click “restart” network finishing.
