Win10 can't get the member version.

Microsoft Insider preview plan can be retained after the official release of Win10. Members participating in the Insider can test the new features in Windows10 in advance. Currently want to experience the Win10 preview version, you need to upgrade the system to the official version of Win10 10240, then log in to the Microsoft account in the system and select “ get member version & rdquo;

The problem is mostly system privacy settings Not meeting the requirements of the preview experience plan, we can solve it by the following settings:
Open the system settings, then enter the privacy, then enter the feedback and diagnosis, and set the "Send your device data to Microsoft" option to "ld"; Complete (recommended) & rdquo;

Microsoft requires users who participate in the preview program to send complete diagnostic and usage data to Microsoft. After upgrading the preview, this option will automatically be set to “full” and cannot be changed. As shown below:

Tips: Once you upgrade to win10 preview, you will not be able to stop receiving member versions. If you want to quit, you need to reinstall the official Win10 system.
