Win10 can't shut down solution

Left click on the control panel (the control panel has been placed on the desktop), then click on the power option;

In the power option window that opens, left click: select the function of the power button, Open system settings;

In the system settings window, we left click: change the currently unavailable settings;

Pull down the right slider, find the shutdown settings, left click: enable quick start Remove the tick from the small box in front; click again to save the changes;

Click to start, left click: Shutdown option - Shut down, the computer can be shut down smoothly.
