Win10 new folder no response how to do

DirectoryBackgroundshellexContextMenuHandlers;

In the ContextMenuHandlers expansion item found: New, left button Click: New;

In the right window corresponding to New, we can see that the default value data is: {D969A300-E7DF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}, left-click double-click: default, pop-up editing In the dialog box of the string, change the value data to: {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}, and then click: OK;
