Win10, can't open this application? After upgrading to win10 system, I want to experience the built-in browser. I can't open this application every time I open it. I can't open the application error message when the user account control is turned off. The solution is simple to open user account control. The detailed operation method is as follows:

1. Left click: Enable user account control;

2. In the open user account control settings window, we use the left mouse button to hold down the slider and drag up Move the slider to the default position, release the mouse, and then click: OK;
