What if the Win10 super administrator can't open the Modern app?

A user found that the Modern application could not be opened when logging in to Win10 using a super administrator account. It stands to reason that the super administrator account has the highest authority for the computer, so how can it not open the Modern application? This problem is caused by a security setting of Group Policy, just modify it.
Win + R shortcuts to bring up the "Run" dialog box, type "gpedit.msc", confirm, open the "Local Group Policy Editor", and then navigate to the “ computer in the list on the left. Configure – Windows Settings – Security Settings – Local Policies & ndash; Security Options & rdquo;. As shown in the figure:

Then in the right window, find "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Account" configuration item, double-click the configuration item to open the Properties window, “ Description " The tab has a detailed description of the configuration item:

This policy setting controls the behavior of the administrative approval mode of the built-in administrator account.
Options:
? Enabled: The built-in administrator account uses the administrative approval mode. By default, any action that requires elevated privileges will prompt the user to approve the action.
? Disable: (Default setting) The built-in administrator account runs all applications with full administrative privileges.
Modify the configuration item to "Allowed", OK, close “Local Group Policy Editor, restart the computer, the problem can be solved.
PS: It should be noted that enabling this configuration item will cause IE browser to be unavailable.
IE8 will prompt you when you paste the content, "Do you really allow this page to access the clipboard?", causing trouble for users, which is strictly caused by browser security audit. By the same token, the Win10 built-in super administrator account can't open the Modern application. It is also a security setting problem. Modifying in the group policy can open the function of opening the Modern application.
