Windows10 software is not compatible how to do

1. Open this computer, find the folder of the incompatible program on the disk, double-click the mouse to double-click the folder, right-click on the compatible program file and select the “Compatibility Troubleshooting” option.

2. The pop-up program compatibility troubleshooting prompt box will display the problem being detected. After the detection, left-click and select the troubleshooting option in the option to check the recommended setting ”.

3. The compatibility mode of the program is detected as WIN7, then left click on the "test program", if it works, click "Next".
