Microsoft introduced a new tool "Windows 10 Application Deployment (WinAppDeployCmd.exe) Tool", a command-line tool that can be used to deploy a generic Windows application from a Windows 10 PC to any Windows 10 mobile device. On July 10, Microsoft began to push Win10 preview version 10166 system, and with the release of Win10 SDK preview version 10166, Microsoft also launched a new Win10 deployment tool. (WinAppDeployCmd.exe).

Windows 10 Deployment Tool (WinAppDeployCmd) is a command line utility that can be used to deploy Universal Windows applications to any Win10 Mobile device on a Win10 computer. The .Appx application can be deployed via a USB connection or does not require full and complete access to the Visual Studio solution on the same subnet.
When you install the Win10 SDK, WinAppDeployCmd can be installed as a standalone program on your PC. You can download the Win10 SDK Preview 10166, which will also appear in the official version of the Win10 SDK.
Although it is bundled with Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2015 is not required for actual work.
In order to deploy the app, you need to turn on the developer mode. First, upgrade to the latest Win10 Mobile Preview 10149 system, then:
1. Open developer mode on the phone, set —— update and security & mdash;— for developers
2. Select development In person mode, you can enable the sideloading scenario and deploy with WinAppDeployCmd.exe.
