How to display all items in Win10 control panel

Although the control panel of Windows 10 Preview is not conspicuous, many operations involve it, such as uninstalling programs, modifying input methods, and so on. The default item in the Win10 control panel is a category item, not a setting item, and there is a text description under the category, which makes the control panel inconvenient to use.

Sometimes we will find it because we don't know which category a setting item belongs to.
