Win10 latest preview version Build 10049 known BUG summary

Microsoft today pushed the Windows 10 Build 10049 preview to the fast ring users of Windows Insiders. Although the emergence of the new Spartan browser is exciting, in fact the new system still has some problems in terms of stability and compatibility. - When the user logs in to Windows 10, the card will be blue screen and cannot enter the desktop normally.
