Win10 system changes the two ways of computer settings

Method 1: Use the shortcut key
Press the Win+I key combination to open the Charm column setting item, click on the bottom “Change computer settings”.

Method 2: With the Start menu
Click the Start button, click “All Apps" in the menu, then find and click on <;Computer Settings”.
