Win10 press F8 no response can not enter the safe mode solution

1. Click the right button at the start menu, then select [Command Prompt (Manager)]

2. Enter the command prompt (manager) and then enter:
bcdedit set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy
The prompt operation completed successfully. You can restart your computer and try it out!

Test
Restart the computer and press the F8 key.
