How to add an application shortcut in the Win10 Start menu

The Start menu is useful for us to operate the computer. Just open the Start menu and you will find many of the software and applications we want to operate. However, sometimes we encounter software and applications that are not on the start menu. How can we add them to the start menu? Take the control panel as an example.

Add the control panel to the start menu
