Windows 10 can't use the administrator account to start the application solution

Workaround
1. In the run box, type "ldped;gpedit.msc".

2. Open the Group Policy Editor and open the windows settings.

3. Open the security settings.

4. Open the local strategy.

5. Open the security option.

6. Open User Account Control: Administrator approval mode for built-in administrator accounts.

6. Check is enabled, save and exit.

This solves the problem that when the built-in application is opened on Win10, the system prompts that the built-in administrator account cannot be used to open the application. If you encounter this problem while experiencing Win10, you can solve it by modifying Group Policy.
