WP8.1/Win10 Mobile version of "Steam" update: new Chinese support

Steam verifier has been on the Win10 app store, but not a pure Win10 Mobile version, and the initial version has flashback issues. Recently, the WP8.1 version of "Steam" application has been updated again. This update fixes bugs and adds Chinese language support.
