How to lock the "Recycle Bin" to the Win10 System Taskbar

The Win10 preview has some major changes compared to previous versions of Windows, such as locking the Recycle Bin to the taskbar, which makes it look more atmospheric. So what should I do to add the recycle bin to the taskbar?

How to lock the recycle bin to the taskbar:

First, right click on the recycle bin and lock it to the start menu. Then; open the Start menu, find the Recycle Bin, right click and select "Lock to Taskbar".

While it's impossible to understand why Microsoft doesn't provide the "lock to taskbar" option directly in the recycle bin's right-click menu, it's about detouring the start menu, but it's better than nothing.

However, the Win10 preview version is not perfect, so users can't drag the files they want to delete directly into the recycle bin like the previous version of Win7. However, this feature is believed to be available soon, so it is still time to lock the recycle bin to the taskbar.
