How to deal with the "Unable to start the bearer network" error when Win10 is enabled for WiFi

For example, when the WiFi is activated, the prompt fails to start the bearer network, and the WiFi connection fails. How to deal with this problem?

1. Right click on this computer (or this computer/computer) — Manage — Device Manager, then click View above, check “ Show hidden devices & rdquo; and then find the Microsoft Managed Network Virtual Adapter under the network adapter.
