Solution that Win10 Workgroup can't access

After installing the official version of Wn10 9926 system, a user can see all the workgroup computers after opening the network, but the computer is installed with WinXP system, I can access it. If the other computer is installed Win7, Win8.1 system, I can not visit (as shown below), is there any way to solve it

1 Open the control panel;

2, find the credential manager in all control panel items;

3, add windows credentials;

4, fill in the address bar in the address bar Name, user name guest, password blank;
