For this problem, the official explanation given by Microsoft is to add the English input method, and set it to the first input method, and then delete the Chinese input method. After the user tests, it will not work.

So I can only regret to tell you that there is no solution to this problem. At least the author is involved and can't find related problems.

The solution to the compromise is to hide it using the restore hidden update feature, or use Windows installer clean up to kill it, don't let it out again!
