How to retrieve the Charms bar on the right side of the Windows10 desktop

Windows 8/8.1, you can achieve many shortcuts by activating the Charms bar with your mouse. Win10 canceled the service and integrated it into the Modern app. Some users feel that the Charms bar is powerful and not willing to give up. So how do you implement the Charms bar on the right side of the desktop in Win10?

If you prefer the Charms bar on the right side of the desktop, there is no way to use it. Use the “Windows key +C” shortcut combination to bring up the Charms bar. But is it annoying to manually press this keyboard shortcut every time?
