How to use the Tablet PC input panel in Win7 system

1. Click the Start menu, and then expand the “Tablet PC Input Panel” option in the “Tablet PC" option in the attached file;

2. In the input panel window, you can hand-write text by dragging the mouse;

3, then click to expand the “Tools> Select “Options" command;
