Analysis:
because most of the disk partition has two hidden partition (boot + key to restore) + System disk + D disk (primary partition or extended partition), logical partition cannot be created after four primary partitions.
Resolve steps:
1, because the system disk and two hidden partitions can not move, so generally choose to delete the D disk (here E disk is empty, so take the E disk as an example)

2, after the deletion will pop up a dialog box to delete the simple volume, click here “ Yes & rdquo; button;

3, this will delete successfully, as shown below;

4 Then right-click to select “New Simple Volume"Options;

5, then click Next, in the specified volume size, enter the size of the simple volume, and continue to click the “Next” button;

6, then select “ assign drive letter & rdquo; select E, continue to the next step;

7, in the format partition window, set as shown below, click One step;

8, the last click is complete.
