"Light of Torch" opens vertical sync method under Windows 7

1 First find the game installation directory of "Torchlight Light", usually (c: Program Files Runic GamesTorchlight).
2 Click to enter the Application Data folder, then find the setting file under runic gamesTorchlight, open, set VSYNCH to 1.
After the vertical sync is turned on, the game speed is very smooth (reading the bar is still very slow T.) Note: If you can't find the setting file in your game installation directory, please find the following This folder: X:Users (your username) AppDataRoamingrunic gamestorchlight (X is the partition where the system is located, usually C).
