I will talk about my solution.
Enter the command prompt to start the repair (preferably with administrator privileges, but I have tried every ordinary user),
use the bcdedit command to view.
You can see your startup parameters.
Check if truncatememory is 0x10000000 (my is this).
Then execute the following command
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} truncatememory
Delete the default boot memory settings.
Use bcdedit to confirm that there is no truncatememory item.
Then restart, everything ok.

ps: There are also ways to say that you can directly set truncatememory, but I did not succeed.
Command: bcdedit /set truncatememory 0x1FFFFFFF.
