WinXP "Stop write failure" error

Q: The computer uses a dual hard disk. Recently, an error message pops up in the system tray, indicating that the write failure has been delayed. Then, in my computer, the D disk and the G disk disappeared. After rebooting, all partitions are visible, but when the data in the D or G disk is operated, the system will freeze and blue screen restart. Why is this?
