Cannot change workgroup name when WIN7 sets LAN printer share

Installed the printer today, and set up the LAN share, the machine is win7 system, can not modify the workgroup name, and finally I modified this, share it to everyone, as shown in Figure 1, the work place is light color:

Run, WIN+R open operation---Enter services.msc to enter, open the service settings, modify the following services: as shown in Figure 2
Server [Startup Type] is selected as [Auto], [Service Status] is [ ,null,null,3],Started]

Workstation [Startup Type] is selected as [Auto], [Service Status] is [Started], as shown in Figure 3


After the above operation is completed, the computer is clicked -- Properties --- System Settings --- Computer Name --- Change. Can be changed, as shown in the figure

Maybe many technicians will set it up, but hope to help more people, because sometimes sharing the printer can not get out for a long time, really anxious!
