Using the Win7 family group to connect multiple computers

First Step: Creating a Family Group
The method of creating a family group in the Win7 system is also very simple. First, click on the “Start” button on one of the Win7 computers to open the “Control Panel", enter “Family" in the search box to find and open the "Family Group" option.

Click on “Create Family Group” in the “Family Group” window and check the items to be shared. The Win7 family group can share a wide range of content, including documents, music, pictures, printers, etc., covering almost all the files on the computer.

Step 2: Join the family group
To join the existing family group, also open the “Family group” setting from the control panel. When the system detects that there is already a family group in the current network, The button that originally displayed “Create Family Group> will become “Add now”.
The computer that joins the family group also needs to select the project that you want to share. After you have selected it, you can join the group by entering the password you just got when you created the family group in the next step.
Step 3: Transfer files through the family group
After all the computers in the home are added to the family group, expand the “Home Group” directory on the left side of the Win7 Explorer and you will see all the files you have joined. The computer is gone. As long as the shared item is selected when joining, it can be freely copied and pasted by the family group, just like the local mobile and copy files.
Small Tips:
All versions of Win7 can be added to the family group, but only the Win7 Home Premium and above systems can create a family group. If all the computers in your home are still Win7 Home Basic Edition, you can upgrade the Win7 system of a computer by purchasing the Win7 upgrade key, so that you can create a family group. The Win7 system upgrade process is very simple, even without reinstalling the system, just enter the upgrade key and wait for about ten minutes.
