Win7 forbids windows to automatically maximize

. I believe that friends who have used windows7 know that when we drag a window to the top of the screen, the window will automatically maximize. This is one of the new highlights of the new features that Windows 7 brings. However, I think this also brings some drawbacks. If you drag the window to the top just to remove the occlusion line of sight, rather than maximize it, then this feature is not a superfluous addition? So we can make some small changes to avoid automatically maximizing the window when dragging the window to the top.
Step method
Click the “Start” button, select “Run”, or use the shortcut key combination “win+R”Open “Run” dialog box, enter "&ldquo" in the dialog box ;regedit”, then press Enter, then open “ Registry Editor”.

in the "registry editor", then find the "HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl panelDesktop", then the right window, select "WindowsArrangementActive", right click on the string value of the item, select “Modify”.

At this time, open the "Edit String" dialog box, and then follow the prompts to change the value of "WindowsArrangementActive" to 0, and save the changes.
Restart the computer and complete the modification.
