MSN can't start or report error under Windows 7

Microsoft China Windows Live Customer Service website recently announced a notice to notify Windows Live Messenger instant messaging tool Win 7 can not start properly.

The official Microsoft website said that some users reported that Windows Live Messenger could not be started properly. After investigation, the problem is caused by the failure of the user-installed Shield 2.0 to update the system files, causing the Messenger program to fail to start properly.

Users of XP system may encounter the prompt "application abnormal unknown software exception (0xC00000d)" when launching Live Messenger, and Vista and Windows 7 system users may not be able to start the program.

Method 2: User You can manually delete the bl.dat file in the following path
