ADATA's new XPG SSD upgrade supports Win7 Trim

With the launch and popularity of the Windows 7 operating system, firmware upgrades for SSDs are also intensifying. Major manufacturers have adopted the TRIM command that supports Windows 7 as a major selling point for the SSD product line. Recently, Weigang announced that it will provide new firmware for its XPGSX95 and S592 solid state drives, and support TRIM instructions.

Both XPGSX95 and S592 use Indilinx control chip. In addition to supporting TRIM instructions, the upgraded version of the 1848 new firmware has the following two major improvements:

Helping SSDs completely clear storage Block, added to the free block pool.

Maintaining the stability of SSD performance.
