Delete the HUNGAPPTIMEOUT, WAITTOKILLAPPTIMEOUT, WAITTOKILLSERVICETIMEOUT subkeys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_CURRENT_USERControlPanel, HKEY_CURRENT_USERControlPanelDesktop.
