Improved IE8 tag response function in Windows 7 RC

Although Microsoft has released a separate version of IE8 in March, it has been adding a full-featured feature to IE8 bundled with Windows 7, & ldquo; tag response & rdquo; one of them. One of the selling points of IE8 is that the tag is independent. Even if the crash occurs when the tag is opened, it will not affect the entire browser. However, many users will find that IE8 often has no response, and the new version of IE8 in Windows 7 RC has a tag response. The function is to provide more feedback to Microsoft and users when the tag is unresponsive.

When there is no response to the open tab, IE8 will pop up a new dialog box to provide users with relevant options. The Microsoft IE blog says: "From Windows 7 RC, we will lower the threshold for authentication response delay." To put it simply, IE uses a timer. When the tag does not respond within the specified time, we will provide the user with some options, such as reloading the page, closing the page, and of course the user can choose to continue waiting for a response. However, Microsoft did not inform the so-called "specified time", how long does it take, that is, how long the user has to wait for IE to pop up a dialog box, in addition, according to Microsoft's statement This feature is only available to IE8 users in Windows 7 RC and later versions. XP and Vista users can't enjoy this feature when using IE8. I wonder if Microsoft will consider providing this service for XP and Vista users.
