Windows 7 Home Basic, a bit like the Windows 7 Starter version, can't be changed by right-clicking - Personalize the wallpaper, but fortunately you can right-click the image - set to the desktop background. Now I can only comfort myself. This is only a temporary phenomenon. After all, Microsoft has repeatedly stressed how much users like personalization and how much they like to beautify their computers. It seems that in addition to the limitations of the three programs, the difference between Home Basic and Starter is really too small.
