How to solve my computer does not display camera and scanner

Recently I have encountered a computer malfunction: the scanner and camera are not displayed in  My Computer". At first I thought the driver was not installed, but after careful research, I finally found the reason.

Windows Image Acquisitionm service is not started
1, on the desktop "My Computer" icon right mouse click "Manage" & rdquo;.
2, in the console tree on the left, expand “services and applications ”——“service”.
3, then find the “WindowsImageAcquisitionm” service under the window name on the right, double click to open.
4, open a new window, click the “ General & rdquo; tab, modify the startup type to "Auto", and click the "Start" button. The last point is "OK".
Possible two: The relevant registry parameters are not written. 1. First click the “Start” button in the lower left corner of the desktop, and click the “Run” menu on the right side of the pop-up menu.

3, in the open registry editor interface in the left directory tree, expand the following registry key.
