Local connection is disabled Cannot be used

1. Click the taskbar start button, then click the Run dialog box on the open Start menu, then enter the CMD command in the Run window to open the Command Prompt window;

2, in the Win7 system command prompt window, enter the netsh winsock reset catalog command, and then press Enter;

3, then enter in the Win7 system command prompt window Netsh int ip reset reset.log command;

4, finally restart the computer, check whether the system can disable the local connection.

If you still can't disable the local connection as above, you will need to uninstall the NIC driver again and try to reinstall your computer.
