Methods for viewing Windows logs in Win7 system

Windows logs are located in the computer-managed event viewer for storing events from legacy applications and for the entire System events.

The Windows log of Win7 system includes five categories, namely application log, security log, system log, installer log and forwarding event log.

The application log contains events logged by the application; the security log contains the system's login, the use of file resources, and events related to system security; the system log contains events logged by Windows system components; the installer log contains Events related to application installation; the forward event log is used to store events collected from remote computers.
