Cleverly set win7 system to encrypt WPS documents

1. Open the WPS document that needs to be encrypted.

2, then click “Save as ” in the open document, you can see the Save As window has a "Encrypt" button in the lower right corner, we click on it, as shown below:

3. After clicking the encryption button, in the option interface, enter the password for the document in the “Open File Password” and “Retype Password” box, and then click “OK” to save. As shown below:

After the setting is completed, the next time you try to open the document, a password window will pop up. Only when you enter the password correctly can you view the document, which prevents others from viewing the confidential document.
