Win7 program can not lock the taskbar solution

These two most important files are built. The next thing to do is to open the task manager, end the "explorer" process, and click on the task manager's file --- New task. Import the two reg files at a time, start C:Windowsexplorer.exe (see your system installed on that disk), see if you can program and shortcut pin such as the taskbar!!< Br>
